Any one know the approx weight in kgs for this engine as i need to get one transported.

According to the Weights Thread a S16 engine weighs 160kg so I'd imagine it would be a similar weight.

A quick google revealed it could be around 20kilos more than an MI16, According to the pistonheads forum.

GTi6 engine with plugs, cambelt aux tensioners, PAS + alternator, flywheel and clutch (no wiring, most water hoses) - 145kg
