Urgent Help Required Please - Bilstein Front Struts

Just taken delivery of a pair of front struts and springs for my 1992 1.9 GTi hatchback from Eurocarparts.

The struts are Bilsteins, Eurocarparts part number 625 54 5095.

I put the reg in for my car and these are the ones it said i needed, rang to check and ordered them.

 

Just taken the old strut (original 22 year old unit) off the car along with the bust spring and the new struts are wrong.

They seem ok length and diameter wise but the bracket welded on the side for the anti roll bar drop link is missing

 

They are clearly wrong and will be going back but what do i order instead, as there are no other options on the website for my car.

 

Have they sent me std non gti ones?? Typed in my old 1.4 XS reg and it gives me the same strut number, and im sure my XS didn't have front drop links??

 

Car is booked in for a re-test on monday and needs sorting this weekend

Would 309 GTi one be the same as 205 1.9 Gti one's??

As most online shops the part numbers are wrong, You have base model dampers and not GTi one's,

You need VNE-4101 & 5 as these are sided

I guess you have VNE 4091
