Does anyone have a subaru legacy turbo? I need a second car for lugging the dog and other stuff around and quite fancy one of these. Was just wondering if anyone has one and what advice they have. cheers

I Had a ghostbuster mobile turbo on a K reg which was brillaint uk spec....4 years of abuse and no real problems other than fenton joy riding in it with out my permission. then owned an r plate twin turbo that was dog shipt in comparison.. probably way quicker but clutches brakes clutches brakes and auto box!!! dont think there are many of the old uk spec turbos left with decent mileage but i loved mine..towed my 306 rally car everywhere....

ha, now that ou mention ghostbusters , that's all i'll be able to think of when i see one. Was the car called ecto 1 or something like that? There was an older turbo on Egay last week, I quite like the retro look they have over the newer ones

i'm quite tempted by one of these, (just doing too many miles at the moment)

i had a classic (96) legacy turbo in NZ that was bomb proof

on the other hand my mate had the newer shape (98ish) twin turbo auto, that had blew the headgasket and ended up giving it away

uklegacy.com seems to be a good forum, not a member but looks like similer attitudes to here
