custard-rallye 25 Posted February 19, 2010 hi i have found a set of wheels im going to get i think but the offset is 40 on a 7 j rim will they go on my uk 205 rallye without sticking out miles and would i need spacers??
pug_ham 243 3 Cars Posted February 19, 2010 You'll need spacers to use ET40 rims, especially if they are 7" wide. Also the centre bore of the Ford alloys is smaller iirc so they wouldn't fit onto your hubs anyway. Graham.

Graham. im confused are you talking about genuine for alloys or ford fitment alloys here ^^^.as i had a set of oz turismos and they were ford fitment.and never had any issues with the cenre bore .but they were the wrong offset
custard-rallye 25 Posted February 19, 2010 they are 4x108 so they should go straight on just need spacers
Jrod 7 Posted February 19, 2010 they are 4x108 so they should go straight on just need spacers Not if they have the wrong centre bore still. It's not a problem anyway as you can buy Ford to Peugeot spacers.

Jrod 7 Posted February 19, 2010 Ford use 63.4mm centre bore, Peugeot 65.1mm.
