Adjustable?

Help needed.

 

Can enyone tell med from the pictures if these camshaft wheels is adjustable.

 

I have never seen this model before they sholuud fit the mi16 cams!?

Yes, home made adjustable. They look heavy though.

Would I not have do drill extra holes on the back plate in order to adjust ?

The holes under the allen head bolts look like they are slotted so the toothed outer edge turns seperately to the centre.
