Go On - Recommend Me Some Front Springs

i could do with a recommendation for some front springs for tarmac rallying, its a tu engined car with pts coil-overs and tar inserts running a standard arb, on the back i have 22mm TB's and a 24mm ARB

 

What do you recon?

Alloy or iron block TU? I'd guess somewhere around the 200-250lb mark would be a good starting point to match the 22mm bars on the back.

I've got 300's in mine with the same dampers but then thats for circuit use so is probably on the stiff side for road rallies. I'd go with what anthony said really.
