Oops I Immobilised The Car

Recommended Posts

So i decided to rip out the old alarm from the 205. It was disconnected by the previous owner anyway as it wasn't working.

Rather than meticulously check each wire to determine its importance i just cut the whole thing out.

Mistake. Now the car won't start. The starter is trying to turn it over but it ain't starting.

Should the fuel pump prime right before the starter turns over because i'm not hearing anything coming from it?

I've attached a pic with the wires. I reckon i might just have to connect everything back up and work backwards.....

Hello.

I would just follow where the alarm wires go to on the 205 loom and disconnect them there, once you have removed the alarm wires you should be left with several cut 205 loom wires, its then just a case of joining them back together
