Starter Motor?

i'm in need of a new starter motor as mine has finally given up the ghost =[

 

i've looked around for scrap 205's and in my area there is no such thing lol

 

so i found this on ebay:

will it fit my car?? it says it does but i just need reassurance before i buy it =]

 

oh, i have a 1991 205 cj 1.4

That starter certainly looks right for a 1.4 TU engine, and the description tallies up as well.

Maybe a bit late but...

 

I have a genuine peugeot one which is nearly new (on the car for 7 months and about 3000 miles) cost £130 exchange (part number 5802A0)

 

If you are interested in it, £28 delivered. (I can get a photo to show how new it is, still have peugeot sticker on.)
