Cam made some Kevlar/FG ones iirc. Mine was bought from a Psooc member that made a small batch.

mine was painted to look like carbon fibre .depends what you want the carbon bonnet for to look good or to serve a purpose

I don't make these anymore, although I have just got a nice auto bonnet to make a mould from. I'm going to make myself one in the coming months, will have to see how it comes out before I think about selling any.
