Can someone tell me what plugs the Haynes manual reccomends for an Mi16 engine?

Has anyone had experience with Bosch Super 4s?

thanks

I have used super 4's and to be honest there was no noticable difference. You are probably best of going for a set of ngk iridiums in my opinion.

Haynes says Champion RC7BMC, 1.6mm gap for the 1.9 405.

The ZX 16v manual says RC7YCC for the 2.0 variant :wacko:

servicebox lists dozens!!!

I'd just use standard NGK plugs if its not a highly modified example, around a tenner for the set for a 2.0 Mi16, possibly less for the 1.9.

NGK's listings say;

BCP7ET or BCPR6ET for the Cat 1.9 engine ;) or BKR6EK for the 2.0

Miles

They are the only plug I;ve had new which never worked and never had good results with them on any Pug engine my self, I use NGK all the time and touch wood never had any problems

Stu

I echo Miles experience; i ran a set for a short while, binning them after one went down after about 200 miles use :rolleyes: i have, and always will from now on use NGK and have yet to find a compelling argument to use anything else!

Ditto :( tend to avoid fitting Bosch ones on PSA engines , and especially Champion -> utter crap :ph34r:

NGK all the way .. or Eyequem ..
