Fog Lights Not Working

Hi, the front fogs on my Ph1 sedan are not working. The illumination on the button comes on when you push it and i can hear the relay clicking as it is pushed. I've checked the fuses and they're working fine and i know the bulbs in the fogs are OK. Bad earth possibly? If so where is the earth for the front fogs.

 

FYI the rear fogs work perfectly. Thanks. Mark
