Some of the cars which you mentioned are already on my website like lovely Indiana http://www.peugeot205.pl/index.php?modul=s...ub=opis_indiana

Thanks for other pics and for the brochure of GTX, that will be very helpful. Any info about D-Turbo ? Does wheels from 1.6 GTI are an original option in them ?

I think so Mike, I have seen several DTurbo's with them on, mainly in black and red, all 5 door as far as I can remember.

I've uploaded a scan of the 205 GTX brochure here: http://www.goodhand.co.uk/gtx-brochure.pdf

Very interesting. This seems to be a totally different GTX than those spanish ones. Allegedly, they had an old Smca engine with a BE gearbox there. Should be similar to an 1.6 XS.

I've seen pictures of those cars with red trim all around and "1.6" + "GTX" badges on the C-pillar, both with 14" speedlines and XS rims.

Thanks , I can see bonnet from Automatic version, is this original ?

In this case, it is actually a carburettor bonnet, and original.

5-door with 1.9 XU9J1/DFZ engine. a real sleeper

So it looks like GTX for UK market were 1.4 without a buldge in the bonnet. The one for Spanish market were 1.6 with automatic bonnet and engine like in some XS versions

GTX UK was a single point injection version in about 1993

Indiana was German I think. DES developments bought one on UK ebay and brought it to Pugfest one year!

I assume you have the Mardi Gras too. This had special headlamp covers, as did the Inca I think.

Hopefully this won't spark off a lot of fakes like the 1FM suffered from by velcroing a beige satchell to the door trim
