Cd Player Cuts Out

i tried fitting my cd player the other day but as soon as you turn it on it cuts out it did the same with my last 205 any ideas what it could be i thought the iso lead might be the problem its deffo not the cd player as i tried it in a different car and it worked fine

Mine used to do this and it drove me mad so in the end i wired up a seperate earth to it and it solved the problem.

I had an earth problem recently that caused by cd player to keep "rebooting". Cleaned up and tightened earths and it was fine.

aye i thouht it was maybe a bad earth just seemed odd that both 205's i have owned have done it so it made me think it was the iso lead cheers
