What is the newest car which I can obtain a starter motor for a TU3 engined 205, I assume a late model 206 1.4 will use the same starter motor.

I have a genuine peugeot one which is nearly new (on the car for 7 months and about 3000 miles) cost £130 exchange (part number 5802A0)

 

If you are interested in it, £35 delivered. (I can get a photo to show how new it is, still have peugeot sticker on.)

a friends car needs a new one, and would like to find one with as much life left in it as possible as the present one is beyond being refurbed.

part number 402735212 brand new unit its made by RTX, OE quality, no surcharge, £71+vat. there on offer so try get it through a mate thats a mechanic, works out at 34.49 +vat
