Door Seals @ Cti

Hi there!

 

Is there anyone who knows where I can find the new door seals to Cti? Peugeot reseller is not the answer because they doesn´t have seals anymore to right side in their European warehouse. Left side is able to buy but the price is higher than the value of my car... Please tell me if you know who might sell new seals or used seals which are in good condition.

ebay is the best place for some good second hand ones.

I think the GTi seals are the same, but longer of course, so doubtless any 205 seal will suit, you just fit it, make sure it's tapped fully home all round, then cut to fit.

 

Bought some GTi seals to replace the ones on my CTi 5 years ago...haven't got round to fitting them yet!

CTis have moulded contours where the roll hoop comes forward, so the glass can seal in the absence of a door frame. I reckon there will be a mighty draught around the top of the door with gti type seals

Don't tell me that, Steve! I haven't looked after these for 5 years, seen them survive the worst house move ever, brought them out to Italy to fit (if it ever warms up here), ....only to find they won't! Aaaaaargh!!!!

 

You're going to tell me the boot seal is different as well, now, aren't you?!
