Facet Fuel Pump

hi ,i'm a newbie on here... i'm fitting a set of twin 40s to my 1.9 gti, ..i've bought a fuel regulator, (filter king) do i need a seperate fuel pump or would the standard pump in the tank be ok to use with the regulator

If you have a regulator that lowers the pressure to suit carbs then you can use the injection pump mate.Otherwise like me i ditched the injection pump and

used a Facet red top that gives the right pressure.

Normaly you need 2 regulators to get the pressure right for carbs, one to drop it to drop it from90? psi to 20ish and the second to get it down to about7? that the carbs require, if you do a search you should be able to come up with something a bit more accurate, the search function is a bit poor but persistence is key
