it seemes quite sheap especialy for stainless, i genraly tend to avoid think obviously cheap, but im slightly tempted...

I wouldn't call it especially cheap to be honest! I bought my stainless raceland manifold a couple of years ago for only £120 to give you an idea.

As Swordfish has pointed out, these manifolds have been heavily discussed before, only last week wasn't it!? They wont fit any 1.4's.

How do you find your raceland manifold, i know most people go for the csc ones and the ones from ti motorsport, did you notice much of an improvement?

 

I have just found some for sale but there asking £220...
