Manual Window Regulators Where From

Just wondering where is best place to get pair of manual front window regulators for my gti.Just tried ECP but only list electric ones as bet the dealer would be expensive.

Just tried dealer and are £70 + vat, ECP are same price but for electric.

I paid £15 for both from a scrappy for my CTI (had a crap after market electric kit fitted) - Downside was I had to take them off myself in a muddy yard in the freezing cold
