andyjstone 6 Posted January 7, 2010 Just about to fit a 309 front ARB on the 205, just wondering whether I should grease the mounting bushes? I'm assuming they are there to grip the bar so not, but thought I'd check
oli-pug 6 2 Cars Posted January 8, 2010 Yes, I always grease them. The standard bushes are poly iirc so it should keep them nice and quiet, can't do any harm. They're not there to grip the bar, only to provide a solid platform. The bar needs to twist for it to work!
