Breather Question

Bit of a numpty question but could somebody please tell me where the hose should go; the one that's blanked off in the picture. We're talking 10 years since I took the engine out of the donor and I just cannot remmber how it was plumbed.

I have a feeling that connecting this up correctly would help prevent the engine fuming at high revs.

Thank you in advance.

If you mean the one on the left, it goes to the AFM hose I believe.

Sorry to show my ignorance but what is the AFM hose?

Ah, I think I know what you mean. Is this the throttle hose with a take-off that goes to the port that I've blanked off?

Next question. Is anybody running twin 40s and if so, where are their pipes routed or blanked off like mine?

Oh, I forgot, my thanks to Galifrey for his reply.

You can route them into the airbox if you had one, or stick a small filter on it. Not sure I would want to do that with an engine in the car tho

There's no airbox only socks over the trumpets so I'll probably leave it as it is certainly until after the Exeter.

Thanks once again for your suggestions.

John
