Mi Engine Mount

Hello, fitted mi engine today and found i need a top engine mount, is there any other mount from different peugeot marques that fit, Have looked on the forum and ebay to no avail, desprate, any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Max.

Yes top mount and alternater mount

I'm now presuming you mean the actual metal mount, bolted to the engine, rather than the rubber bush mountings as i initially thought?

Yes the alloy mount that bolts to the engine. held up by rope at moment

Yup, you're better off finding used ones as Pug want around £300 for the pair!

What is annoying is remembering the bloke i bought the engine off, removing the engine mount and not thinking anything of it. Doh!

BX 16v mounts yes, but that's the same engine anyway. None of the other engines have the same mounts.

I know that feeling as i didn't know they were different either. I waited several weeks for one to appear on ebay and in the end bought the two parts seperately. There were three on ebay the week after.

 

Sorry this doesn't help much but it is worth checking to see if anyone is breaking a 405 or BX on ebay or other forums. Just had a quick look now and can't see any

 

Somebody will have one for sale somewhere! Maybe you will be lucky and one of them will read this thread
