Fuel Line

apologies if this has been asked before but i have searched and the engine on here is shocking.

 

whats the specification of the fuel line on a 205 gti? ie what diameter etc.

 

ideally i want to run it in the car so what can people recommend. ive seen braided kits and also rubber kits then both together. dont want to spend a fortune.

On my rally car i used 8mm on both lines, Seems to work ok. As the fuel lines run in car i use soft coiled copper with the correct fittings.Also the lines are protected by plastic ducting.Braided fuel hose is used on the rest. This system could be adpeted for a road car at a reasonable price.Hope this has been of help.
