top man, so in theory all i need to do is get a mi16 flywheel and clutch, and 1.1 servo,

clutch i can get from work, easy enough, servo maybe from work, or breakers, but have a feeling the flyweel may be an arse, any idea about a down pipe?

looking like i might need to get the loom made up. unless i'm feeling brave

think there are other options for flywheel and clutch too.

There are probably other things you need to do too but Im not 100% on them.

Because of the longer ratios you'll be better off using a 1.9 box if you can get one. Regarding the downpipe you'll need to get the engine in first then probably re-angle the downpipe. I got a diesel servo from the scrapyard, its quite a bit smaller than the gti servo, its probably the same size as the one pablo is using. You could also use a gti6 flywheel and clutch (i think) but it'd be easier to use an mi16 setup, i think i've got a flywheel somewhere if you need one.

GTI6 and Mi16 flywheel are the same as far as I can tell, so either will do what you need. 405 Mi16 1.9 clutch is the one to use, has the push type pressure plate and release bearing to suit the later 205 GTI gearbox and clutch arm.

Does the mi16 clutch definitely fit the gti6 flywheel then?

Just checked on my work computer, the peugeot part number is, 0532 f2

same fly wheel in mi16, gti6, 406 2.0 16v 95-04, all the same part number, and 136 teeth on the ring gear, if any one has a reg of any cars with the xu10j4r engine i can check the part number for the fly wheel and can be added to the list

Jus got one sorted, nice and cheap!!

need a servo tho, in the whole 205 range, there is only 2 types, gti and non gti

the gti none is 225mm and the non gti one is 200mm, the ax one, if it will work, as i've only got the size not an actull unit is 178mm,

You use a 306 xsi/gti6/s16 etc top mount for the 406 turbo engine and an mi16 mount for the citroen xm lump.

Hi

is the right hand from inside the car or outside? I take it you mean the mount on the caelt side of the engine?
