Wheres The Heater Relay

trying to get my heater motor working took the heater control knobs and cover off and tried crossing the wires to get heater working but no joy , ive got a live at the red wire would like to know which relay it is ,,and would like a workshop manual with the wires marked as colours not numbers like haynes is the porter manual any good.. cheers

It will more than likely be a duff rehostat, the variable resistor, if you lay in the passenger footwell and look under the dash you should see a round unit which the blower is in and next to that a white plug iirc, 2-3 cross head screws and the unit pops out, this will more than likely be the fault. Let me know if you need one as i've got a spare.
