Are 5dr Seat Runners The Same As 3dr?

i'm looking to get a set of runners for my cobras (they need to be adjustable) and was thinking about a set of 5dr std runners as i dont want the tilt mechanism just forward/backward movement.

 

there is a 205 van in the scrappy but its burried under loads of other cars so i was hoping a 5dr had the same mountings as the 3dr without the tilt mech.?

They have the same mounting point but iirc you can simply unbolt the tilt mech from a 3dr subframe to give you a 5dr one.

I used a gti set for my 5 door GT, i can easily lift the seat now for stuff under the seat etc.

You most certainly can remove the tilt on the 3dr seats. I did to gain some headroom.

Is it easy? I've an mot fail due as my seat isn't secure due a knackered tilt
