Because the Xsara rear hubs widen the rear I had to say goodbye to my Gutmann alloys and bought these(306 Laser/405 LeMans wheels):

Finally I rewired the whole headlight cables using relays. Now I'm able to drive and see at night B)

The plan for the near future is to build in the ABS and the rain sensitive wipers from a 306.

The widening of the rear with the Xsara hubs made a huge improvement on handling. I was able to test it on an airfield playing a little slalom with other friends from Peugeot 205 Klub Hungary.

Last weekend I measured the car on a dyno.

Here is the result:

post-13402-0-68455000-1317201790_thumb.jpg

It is a full stock system. Only the wg actuator rod is modified from 0,36 to approx. 0,40 bar.

The overboost is 1 bar, the standard boost is 0,65-0,7 bar.

Here is the boost gauge :)

Maybe I mentioned, but I don't have pin 3 on the injection double relay. And it's original. In every wiring diagrams I see that from pin 3 a wire goes to the ECU pin 27. Is this wire really needed or it's okay, because it's original?

I really like what u have done here mate. What car are these clocks out of mate?

Thanks Conor.

It's a std 205 GTi dash and a boost meter. I stripped the gauge and built it into the dash house. The rev PCB went to the back of the dash house to gain enough space.

It's a Glowshift not an Innovate

It will need for raising boost.

The car is sleeping now, waiting for the sill change.

I was very busy, because I bulit a never seen before 205 for my girlfriend :)

Will start a thread about it soon.

Also doing a car mechanic school, hope I will finish it at the end of march

Hi Guys,

Well i think I was away for a little time...

But i have really good excuses:

1. Haven't got time to write, because:

a. Lot of work

b. Lot of work on the flat where I moved with my fiancée ^_^

c. Lot of time spent with my little son :D

2. I haven't got time to repair the car because "see above" :P

But now the car is finally "re-silled" and repainted, also got some minor modifications that i will introduce soon :)

The other car i mentioned some days ago  are going away from us because the changed marital status, but i will post some pics and infos, because it is also a beautiful 205.

Cheers,

Szilárd

Hi,

Well there are some changes :)

Now it does 155,2 HP and 288,7 Nm.

post-13402-0-48212400-1416479006_thumb.jpg

Well, I definetly need a DKZ cam :)

Also changed the lover silent block, because the drivetrain had a strange noise like my driveshafts are on the way to die. But they only done 20.000 kms so I investigated the problem. The silent was dead. I changed and rotated about 90 degrees to be stiffer.
