Banjo Brake Lines On Standard 205 Gti?

Recommended Posts

Mark80

Hi,

I managed to get a set of goodridge braided brake lines bt they aren't for a 205. They have a banjo fitting on one end. I was wondering if they would fit if I use a banjo bolt instead of screwing staight into the caliper like standard. Thanks alot.

Are they correct length that is the main question.

If they are and the fitting on the body end is suitable to fit them securly then yes you could fit them.

Would need to be 10 size fitting to have a snug and leak free fit.

I can supply a pair of bolts if required or even a correct pair of lines

What callipers do you have?

But if either the 205 or GTi6 one's both take M10x1 fitting's so a banjo isn;t a problem provding the clearance is there, along with copper washer's either side

The Banjo's bolt's are pretty cheap
