Mi16 Bolt Torques Ect?

Hello,

Im putting my friends 1.9 alloy block mi16 engine back togeather tomorrow and cant find my hayes manual anywhere for the head bolt sequence, torque setting and angle gauge settings!

Can someone maybe scan the page onto here for me please or maybe just list the order they need to be cranked down, the torques and angle?

 

I did some search's but couldn't find a complete list of it all.
