Try the ARP website. Don't torque them to the OE spec though, you need to follow the ARP instructions.

Which bolts are they?

if they are ARP 2000 3/8" units then it is 50 lb ft of torque.

I've just fitted mine but the instructions said to torque up to 45lb/ft 3 times :P

I think it depends on the part number of the bolts, pretty sure mine were the same as the ones in the pic above though...

The bolts are listed as for 306, and do fit the xu 10 and XU5/9 varients, and yes you must pre stretch the bolts 3 times to 45pounds, there is also a measurement of the length in relaxed and stretched load of i think 0.003" measured with a micrometer, if any bolts go over this measurment send em back. Oh and most important coat the threads and the seat for the nut with the arp lube this is not just any normal moly lube, another thing clean the bolts before instalation with a contact cleaner to remove any salts from the coating process.

Other thing to check with these is that the chamfer on the rod is big enough.

When we fitted a set to an Mi16, it wasn't quite! If you held the rod up to the light, there's was a tiiiiny gap where the bolt head wasn't seating properly!
