Changing A Cv Joint

Is there a guide out there to how this is done? How difficult would it be a for a novice?

First question is, is it a 1600 or 1900 car. On the 1900's you can replace just the outer CV joint. On the 1600's it does not seperate and you will need to change the shaft.
