Same as petert, keep it as simple & close to the original cooling system for the 8v as possible.

Saves messing with random hoses should any ever need replacing.

I do it the same as Peter, except I put the overflow pipe from the header tank to the small outlet on the radiator instead of the thermostat housing.

I did that too, works very well, you'll notice it does away with the metal pipe across the top of the head :)

I used Spiky's diagram below. The only difference being we use mocal oil coolers instread of the heat exchanger.

Which of the above does the BBM Mi16 set conform to?

I'm presueming it's Peter T's arrangement.

I've blanked off the rear thermostat outlet so mine will look the same as that, with the addition of the heat exchanger behind the oil filter. I think I'll need a different top pipe to the one I currently have from BBM, if I rememeber the conversation I had with Stu correctly.

Loking at the full hose set on the BBM website I'd sy it includes the hoses for the metal pipe across the back of the head. :)

Yup, it is.

The only difference between the Mi and 8v kit is the lower heater matrix pipe otherwise, ohh and maybe the slight difference in the 'lower engine pipe' /90d bend from the rear water distribution block to metal pipe.

This is how I do it.

Takes a while for the system to bleed then with no rad bleed pipe connected?
