Is The Early Cam In The Small Valve Head Diff To Later One

Have changed head one my car which had the smaller valves for a later 1.6 head which has bigger valves, and finding the car seems to have more torque but doesnt rev as easily. So wondered if the cams are different profile old one has larger bolt holding the pulley on.

I don't know for sure, but I'd imagine they'd be different. Have you changed to the later ECU/injectors as well? Again I'm not 100% certain but I think these are different as well.
