Measuring Alloys Sizes

iv got myself some 2nd hand wheels and im uncertain on the actual size, iv measure the front to rear rim and its 6.5 inch and they are 15's can anybody tell me what size tyres and width i need please

Check the inside or outside for markings, the width measurement is between the bead seat area not the full width of the wheels.

 

if they're 6" wide a 185 tyre is ideal though a 195 will fit, 6.5" to 7 would suit a 195 width tyre nicely.
