With the Bike carbs I would imagine it will be a messy and expensive conversion, I doubt you will see an effective cost return from doing it unless you plan running it long term with a stock injection system

ORB

To me it kind of defeats the object of building a car with a big engine and carbs.

Why does it defeat the object ORB? Seen a few cars go from standard injection to LPG and get a power gain (all be it small) + the running costs are so much cheaper.

Choice of economy or performance at the flick of a switch?

it wouldn't be though, you can't switch a carb off (could kill the fuel pump, but it wouldn't be right) it could work with ITBs, in theory

Er yes, that is why I mentioned that it would e impractical and expensive to get working in my 1st post. HOWEVER, it is possible, if the fuel pump is switched off and switched to LPG as the carbs fuel expires.

Just means you have to throw 2 switches, or a 2 stage switch over.

Think outside the box.

It is far better to use a shared inlet rather than ITB's as the LPG generally uses 1 injector, 4 would make it much more expensive and messy with pipework.
