Got these off MrG ages ago and only just got round to putting them on. Oddly there doesn't seem anything to secure the brake hose to - unlike the cheap unbranded crap that came off!

Is that just how they are? Can I just cable tie them to the struts to prevent them coming into contact with the wheel/tyre?

Thanks

Miles, are you saying these must have been originally off something else then? As Welshpug says?

Why don't the 306 ones have something to secure the hose to?

Swordfish, did it pass the MOT like that?

Cheers everyone

base-1

With cable ties, wrap one around the strut, then put another one through that first tie and around the brake hose. If you just tie the pipe to the damper it's an MOT fail.

Part numbers VNE 4595 and 6 which makes them Gti-6 ones I believe.

Any model of 306 from a 1.1 up, the 306's all use the same basic design of damper and wishbone's unlike the 205's
