106 1.4 Popping Injector

Hi folks, ive done a headgasket on a 106 1.4.

 

It has the plastic inlet gasket tu3 engine.

 

Ive got it running etc, however the car has a very occasionly missfire and back inlet/injector/sparkplug has a distint , pop pop pop pop.. not a tappet sound.

 

Would i be right in thinking the inlet gaskets are possibly not sealed and casuing this by drawings in air.. I did not replace these gaskets however now im thinking the heat of the head when it went may have distorted these.

remember folks.. always tighten them sparkplugs

I like the russian roulette of when they will pop and dent the inside of the bonnet.
