S16 Electricl Problems ...

The cars been off the road for a week getting new wheel bearings,driveshafts, lower arms etc etc done on it.

 

Its has gone back on the road today and everything was fine, till about 30 miles into my drive, the ecu light comes on and the engines revs become limited, they wont go over 4k rpm and when i try to take it over that it stutters like its running out of petrol

 

This is the second time its done this, anyone got any ideas on whats gone wrong?

Sounds like the ECU is going into limp home mode? Could be a short somewhere.

ah i didnt know about that, ill have to look over the wiring loom, is there any other resons why it would do this?
