Gearbox Oil

Im going to be nipping to my local pug to collect gearbox oil tomorrow, question is what sorts best and how much.

 

Thanks , its a 1.9 box with a gti6 engine.

I fear maybe the word 'incident' may of built up the actual events a bit too much for this I appoligise! 'dissapointment' Would of been a better choice in hindsight.

 

I just wasn't impressed with the gear change, espically in the cold, just felt clonkier than with pug stuff I changed it after a month or so.

i believe the gear box holds 2 litres. haynes is away from me at the min to confirm it.

It may well be ESSO branded stuff from your pug dealer. Good stuff though, I was very impressed.

indeed got it today and it was the esso stuff

I bought some today and its esso branded approx £12.50-£13.00 for 2 Ltrs
