Xu10 Turbo Silicone Boost Hoses

This is aimed at the people who have done the conversion -what did you order regards boost hoses when you spoke to Samco etc? I am looking at purchasing two 90 degree hoses (76mm from the top of my head) and a piece of tubing for between the two, to mount the cosworth 2wd intercooler in the grille. Another bit of boost hose and tubing to mount the other side of the intercooler up, and tubing to run from the air filter (mounted behind the offside headlight) to the turbo intake.. What would you suggest?

 

I imagine poeple may have had to buy more bends than they actually ended up using, so this thread might end up saving me some cash towards the MOT when finished

go with alu pipes as much as you can, and use silicone as joins or bends where you need to.

the ebay IC pipe kits might be the best bet. plenty of pipe, joins and clamps. And flog whats left over. £80 ish for a 67mm kit.
