Turbo Oil Return Pipe Into Block

Found the cause of my oil leak, its coming out the hole in the block that the oil return pipe pushes into. The pipe can be moved a few mm in and out of the hole.

 

So whats next? Sufficient to remove the pipe, clean up the hole and seal the pipe in there? Or is a new pipe needed?

 

Any advice appreciated, this is all new to me.
