Where Does This Wire Go?

Hi all,

 

Just trying to work out the wiring on my 2.0 turbo conversion, should the cut wire go to the distribution block on the 205s slam panel?

Check it with a multimeter, if it goes to the douible relay plug pins 8, 11, 14 & 15 it is the battery positive feed.
