Is the ac pump strong enought?

My friend has got 3.5 bar on his engine, so You can change that easily.

have you got aftermarket management on there or are planning a remap of the standard ecu?

if not fitting a higher pressure regulator is pointless as the ecu will not control it properly.

This is important as you will need a pump capable of delivering the pressure and flow rate to maintain a constant(ish) 3.5 bar, not just the regulator.

you could buy yourself a uprated pump and if u deside to go are abit more bhp later than you dont have to worry about the pump ^_^

If its underfuelling find out why. Just upping the fuel pressure is not addressing whatever the problem is.

Just bear in mind it will be overfueling when off boost, have you considered a rising rate fuel pressure reg?

They work pretty well, a lot of the Bike turbo guys use them.
