Big End Shells

Can someone please tell me if i can retain the Big End Shell Bearings and Piston Rings from the XU9 Rods/Pistons when fitting the Mi16 Rods/Pistons into the XU9 Block?! They have only done about 50miles since the recent rebuild?!
