It's on my to do list, I;ve found a supplier of Motaquip Wishbones, shame it's not that close, Bearings etc will be online soon too, Only thing I cannot do is GKN shafts even GSF are having problems now as they have shut the UK supplier

Nice one, i will have a look.

I will be fitting the battery in the boot to help the weight distribution when my conversion is finished. Will those wishbones be the 309 gti ones as well Miles ?

Off topic but what makes these GKN drive shafts any different to the op ones, not read/heard of them before ?

EDIT> I will be fitting a D turbo radiator for my conversion, i had problems with my old 2.0 mi16 with carbs getting to hot

in standing traffic. Everything else in the cooling system was fine and with the 306 gti 6 engine already having a bigger rad

than the original 205 one, imo it is best to fit a bigger one and fit another fan in the cowling, then fit the oil cooler lower down

behind the valance area with brackets etc.

I will be re-wiring the extra fan to a button in the cockpit, so i can have it on when it most needed.

I'd just fit a Nissens, Valeo or Ordonez replacement myself, the DT rad is nearly two and a half times more expensive!
