106 1.1 Cold Rough Running + Hesistation

Bought it from auction about 2months ago and it doesn't like running from cold but its ok after you give it a good rev. also seems to hesistate when cold.

 

i've cleaned all the breathers out as they were cacked up to the eyeballs .

 

any sugestions . ? something simple no doubt

is there an icv or something i can check? i've cleaned the advance and retard for the ignition which slightly improved it but not much

I'm temped to say the Lambda sensor is at fault, however it's quite expensive for a new one and i wouldnt want you to go out and buy one on my half-baked assumption.

hmmmm.... well it did just fail the emissions on its last test but i dont know what they did to get it through (if they did anything? )
