Does anybody know if there´s exist other rocker covers as the oe item.

in germany you can get custom ones made from alu to replace the odd ones, but i can´t find any for peugeot

 

Maybe in the uk?

Ecosse powder coat some of there T16 ones, maybe worth doing that to yours but i've never come across 'off the shelf' custom ones.

Yes it is made of magnesium. But the question is to replace the oe item with a custom one made of billet aluminium.

I have to check that here with my local engine builder, he can do a CNC-machined maybe.

I do post some pics if we can realise that

With you there, why? Making it out of billet would be expensive as there is alot of waste material and alot of time going into removing that waste material.

Why do you want to replace the original one? imho the standard one looks pretty good and being magnesium its lighter than an aluminium one would be.

the standard mi one is not my thing, the one from xu10j4 looks better IMO.

Is the xu10 one also made off magnesium or is it aluminium?

the XU10J4 one looks pretty much the same bar the extra bit that covers the coil packs.
