Thanks for that.

Does a non ARB beam only have the ARB seals and the 309 ARB beam does not have any ARB seals ?

Also, are all these seals/cup/parts not standard with the ARB beams ?

Nice one WP, so does it make an differance to having ZX arms or will it all fit seals etc

just as well as having the original arms fitted ?

What does everyone make of this then ?

I,ve gone to my Pug dealers & got all the drawings that correspond to the part numbers you gave us.

The parts numbers relate to 309 /205 beam & a NON Anti roll bar beam.

While i understand your concerns that you feel your beam does not reflect what is shown on the drawing, you are making a comparison to a factory drawings of 309 /205 beam & a NON Anti roll bar beam when supplied you a 309 GTi Beam assembly ( with Anti roll bar ) and Citroen ZX 'Volcane' rear arms. This is why you are finding these parts have not fitted. The reason for these parts not being fitted are that they are not required on your beam, i.e. 'plugs' these were only fitted to Non Anti roll bar beams.

This is one of the downsides to fitting modified parts. The facts of the matter, is that your beam will bear no resemblance to any 205/309 beam drawings purely for the fact that it is neither a 205/309 beam. Your beam is a custom built to your specification & comes with a 12,000 miles or 12month Warranty.

Yes, i have the inner/outer bearings/shaft seals with the metal sleeve the rubber seal goes into and thats it.

I asked to have the beam sent back to me undone/split up after the recon, so i can paint it up etc, then put it all together my self.

I was not given the other seals N bits etc.

there's only 2 items on top of what you have there, the pair of yellow neoprene seals, and the 2 rubber ARB lever/end plate bushes which are specific to the 205/309/306 as the diameter of the spline is different, so you need to check which end plates you're going to use.

how much are they charging you to just fit the bearings? as that's what it sound like all they're doing.

The beam was re-conditioned and arms with shafts are all sorted, it is a fully recon beam yet it has the missing ARB

yellow seals and bushes.

Im still using the 309 GTi end plates.
