Challenge Spec Dampers

Right ok! i have a set of challenge spec dampers but im wondering what my best options are for tarmac springs? i want it to sit lower than it does on the challenge spec springs and be stiffer? what do you lot use?

 

The other thing i was thinking was getting the spring pans cut off and those coilover conversion tubes fitted http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/Pro...mp;pcode=RIX107 has anyone had any experiance with these or have any opinions on them? the advantage i can see is that i can have any spring rate i want? but do they even fit? i measured my struts and they are wider than 50mm but that could be thick paint?
