Need Help With Hubs

Hi everyone

 

I have some hubs that look like the 1.9gti but don't have a pinch bolt at the bottom just have a 16mm stud coming out of them. There has been no welding at all on them??

 

Can anyone help??

There no ball joint at the bottom just a stud for like a rose joint
