Installing Arp Conrod Bolts?

Hi,

 

I am about to change regular bolts on the conrods for ARP bolts. What i want to know is how do you guys thighten the ARP bolts? According to the guide that comes with the bolts, or according to peugeot (haynes) specifications?

 

And btw, how do i change the conrod bolts? It seems that the current bolts are quite hard to remove from the conrods?

Follow the ARP instructions. The standard torque setting is for the standard bolts. I just knock the old ones out with a hammer, not especially difficult.
